Building capacity for sustainable collaboration among teachers within a school is the focus of each Secondary Literacy Council session. Guided instruction in a collaborative environment will be given to you to develop specific professional development plans for your colleagues. You will come away from each SLC session equipped to provide embedded staff development for faculty meetings, department meetings, or in-service days!
